Inspired by ’80s cyberpunk and surrealism.
Between the deer-man legs there are some slightly modified Bible verses (Psalm 23:4):
“The Lord is my Master, I lack nothing.
He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul.
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me.
Your horns and your steel, they comfort me.”
There’s no particular reasons for these words to be there, I just love the contrast between the imagine they build in your mind, and the b/w drawing of a deer-man lying in death throes among metal scrap.
